Dolmen: Patch Notes July 2022

General Fixes

  • It's not possible to skip cutscenes while still loading the game anymore.
  • Boss Zallan Kheep’s rewards will be properly shown after defeating him.
  • Rewards for Boss Ferronightmare are now given after its cutscene.
  • Visibility for the Great Swords was fixed (if running when using a large armor at some camera angles the weapon was being made invisible).
  • Finding one driller will not trigger all the other driller achievements anymore (Steam only)
  • The reward screen for the Boss General Vesib respawn option is now fixed.
  • The player loading the game in the wrong place in case of shutdown while in the middle of a respawn boss from the ship is now fixed.
  • When dying after respawning a boss, the player will be taken to the respawn terminal instead of the last interacted beacon, as intended.

Multiplayer Fixes

  • Rolling while the shield is open for clients will not lock them in that animation anymore.
  • Other players' health will be properly replicated now.
  • The Server's screen will update the number of players correctly now.
  • A teleportation portal was added before each boss during multiplayer, in case players are outside the arena.
  • Boss General Vesib’s health bar is now replicating correctly.
  • Fixed a bug where the cutscene for Boss Dementula was improperly playing on clients after its defeat.
  • Fixed a bug where clients were not spending stamina while running.
  • The cutscene for the Boss Ferronightmare will be properly shown after its first defeat.
  • Countdown for a match being closed will not get in front of subtitles anymore.
  • Crates will no longer spawn loot in multiplayer.
  • Players are no longer able to try to join a full match.
  • Boss Tharvus Kheep last cutscene will be properly visible for hosts and clients now.
  • Fixed a bug where Boss Tharvus Kheep's last video was being skipped to credits.
  • Fixed a bug where clients could not consume battery after aiming.
  • Fixed a few problems with meshes in the Boss General Vesib’s cinematics.
  • The message “Threat destroyed” will be shown only after killing the second Ancient in the Ancient Twins boss fight.
  • Fixed a bug where the Boss Ferronightmare became invisible during the fight.
  • Fixed a bug where clients were not receiving the reward for killing the Boss Queen Caniptei if that was their first try.
  • Ranged weapon animations will be correctly played for the clients now.
  • Boss Queen Caniptei cutscene and cinematic will be played properly for the clients now.
  • Fixed a bug where the Zoan Rifle Heavy shot was not disappearing after kicking a player.
  • Every Boss should now be giving their proper rewards for hosts and clients.
  • Fixed a bug where host players were able to duplicate XP by retrieving loot from other player bodies that didn’t get their timeline back.
  • Dolmen Crystals are no longer needed for joining matches.
  • It’s not possible to join a session while the Boss fight has already started anymore.
  • Fixed a bug where an error warning was being shown when returning back to the ship after a session was closed.
  • Fixed a bug where Boss General Vesib was becoming invisible in the middle of the fight for the clients.
